Please note that this mounting kit does not come with a backplate and is not compatible with motherboards that do not have an included backplate and works with the following Noctua CPU coolers: NH-U12P, NH-U12P-SE1366, NH-U12F, NH-U12DX, NH-U12DO, NH-U12, NH-U9B, NH-U9F, NH-U9DX, NH-U9DO & NH-U9. These clips are not compatible with the NH-C12P.
