The DDR2 PC8500 4GB Kit comes with 2 x 2GB sticks of RAM and has a CAS latency of 5-5-5-15. The memory is unbuffered and the error checking is Non-ECC, the PCB is 6 layers PCB and it is 240-pin DIMM. The test voltage is 2.0~2.1 volts and it is compatible with Intel X48, Intel P45, Intel X38, Intel P35, Intel 965.
